A slow start to the day
Some days I’m really slow to get going, and today was one of them.
It wasn’t until the afternoon that I finally got out.
Mostly just to get out and catch some air, I headed down towards the silos at the harbour, where I parked the car.

Out along the track
Once there, I did a shorter loop, about 3.5 km, along the railway track.
From there I then walked over towards Elbakajen.
Out by the pier I stopped for a few photos, and took the chance for a little fruit break at the same time.
The sky lay heavy and grey over the water, exactly the kind of light I love to capture in black and white.

Around the silo and the graffiti
When it was finally time to head back to the car, I chose to go around the silo, precisely to pass by all the graffiti paintings.
There are many talented graffiti artists who get to let loose on that long wall, and the colours really stood out against the grey industrial surroundings.

Good news from Leica
Today I also got an email from Leica saying I should send in my camera – that problem with the profiles jumping out of position.
I spoke with Gunnars Foto and will drop it off in August.
According to the shop, they’ll arrange a loaner camera in the meantime.
Now I can only hope they fix the fault, which I find bl… annoying.
