The profile I want the camera to use disappears and reverts to the default profile. I have also had four freezes of the camera.

Contribute
This archive runs on reports. If your M11 freezes, loses profiles or behaves oddly in some other way, writing it up takes a couple of minutes.
If your M11 has given you no trouble at all, that report matters just as much. Without it the summary is only a list of faults, and a list of faults says nothing about how common they are.
